Use keyboard shortcuts. you can use your keyboard to quickly perform a variety of tasks in mac os x. keyboard shortcuts are a better option then a mouse, since you wouldn't need to reach for the mouse, when using a computer. these are especially useful if you can't use your mouse or for saving time by not having to dig through menus.. Type with your hands and wrists floating above the keyboard, so that you can use your whole arm to reach for distant keys instead of stretching your fingers. avoid resting your palms or wrists on any type of surface while typing. if your keyboard has a palm rest, use it only during breaks from typing. while typing, use a light touch and keep.
